Free tracked worldwide shipping. A tracking link is sent once your order ships.

• Processing time: 2–4 business days.
• Typical transit after dispatch:
  • USA: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • GCC / MENA: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days
  Transit times depend on the carrier and local customs processing.
• Taxes & Duties: Prices exclude taxes. Applicable taxes/duties are calculated at checkout.

Peace of mind for loss, damage, or carrier-confirmed delay.

• With protection: free replacement or full refund (claim within 7 days; evidence may be requested).
• Without protection: we’ll assist you in filing a carrier claim.

• Return window: 14 days from delivery. (Holiday orders Nov 20–Dec 31: 20 days.)
• Eligibility: unused, original condition/packaging/tags, with proof of purchase.
• Change-of-mind: customer pays return shipping. Prepaid label can be provided and deducted from refund.
• Defective/Damaged/Wrong item: we cover return shipping; no fees.
• Restocking: 0% if unopened; up to 25% if opened/used or parts/packaging missing.

• EU consumers may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason.
• Return shipping cost may be borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated.
• No restocking fee; any diminished value from handling beyond normal inspection may be deducted.
