Yes — we offer free standard shipping with tracking on most orders worldwide.
How long will delivery take?
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- GCC / MENA: 6–12 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Processing time: 2–4 business days before dispatch. Transit times may vary due to carrier/customs.
Do you offer Shipping Protection?
Optional Shipping Protection at checkout covers loss, damage, or unexpected delays. If enabled, you’re eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Claims within 7 days (we may request tracking or photos).
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking is also available in your account dashboard.

Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
We offer both OEM and high-quality aftermarket items. Each product page specifies the type.

Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery (or 20 days during Nov 20–Dec 31). Item must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and include proof of purchase. Restocking: 0% if unopened; up to 25% if opened/used or parts/packaging are missing.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Change-of-mind: customer pays return shipping. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the actual label cost from the refund.
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong item: we cover the return shipping — no fees.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email contact@souqalkhamies.com with your order number. If approved, we’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) and the return address.
Exchanges: return the original item; once accepted, place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Non-returnable: sale/discounted items, gift cards, personalized/custom items, perishables, hazardous materials. EU customers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal.
