Clear return conditions, timelines, and refund processing. Applies to orders shipped to the United States and Saudi Arabia.

Returns

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery (USA & KSA). Holiday extension: orders placed Nov 20–Dec 31 may be returned within 20 days from delivery.
  • Eligibility: unused, original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Return authorization required: contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) and the correct return address.
  • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, the label cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Defective / damaged / wrong item: we cover return shipping; no fees.
  • Restocking / inspection fee: 0% if unopened; up to 25% if opened/used or parts/packaging are missing. If applicable, restocking fees are communicated clearly and only applied after inspection, in accordance with our policy.

Refunds

  • Refund method: issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: typically processed within up to 14 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Confirmation: you’ll receive an email once your return is approved and refunded.
  • Shipping fees & duties: original shipping fees (if any) and any duties/taxes paid to carriers/authorities are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
